In early September, Mike was in Karachi to explore the challenges Pakistan’s population face in a society where only a tiny proportion has a bank account.
The research was part of Hyphen’s role in an ambitious project to replace cash in Pakistani society. Hyphen is designing devices that will be central to the whole customer and vendor interaction of the future, and includes elements of service design, interaction design and product design.
